All excited, we ran to our usual spot under the shady tree. That was our first reaction when we stepped into Central Park, Bandar Utama for the 3rd YES Alumni Picnic. Despite having the Pillow Fight going on in One Utama, we YES Alumni, were persistent that our picnic would be way better than a Pillow Fight (though it sounded really tempting)! This time, there was a pretty good turn up with around 13 of us.
We had chips, chips, chips and MORE CHIPS not to forget some coconut too! YES exchange students from America came down to join us as well. Everyone had a great time getting to know one another as well as catching up with each other. Charade was played and photos were taken.
We also celebrated Jim Chua’s recent promotion as the Vice President of YES Alumni.
Congratulations again to Jim.
All in all, we all had a great time with a bunch of awesome people! For those who missed our 3rd YES Alumni Picnic, make sure to look out for our next one which would be on the 1st of May 2010!!
